Terms of Use

The myjobee Platform (including any mobile based applications, website and web applications) is provided by Radicle Inc. (“Radicle”) either directly or through its affiliates including but not limited to Radicle Software Pvt. Ltd.

Myjobee platform is intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and exchange of information for its users / members / visitors who have a bona fide intention to contact and/or be contacted for the purposes related to genuine existing job vacancies and for other career enhancement services.

A User accessing the myjobee Platform shall be bound by these Terms of Service, and all other rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by myjobee in relation to any services provided via the myjobee Platform

THE USER REPRESENTS, WARRANTS AND COVENANTS THAT ITS USE OF myjobee platform SHALL NOT BE DONE IN A MANNER SO AS TO:

1. Violate any applicable local, provincial, state, national or international law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation;
2. Impersonate any other person or entity, or make any misrepresentation as to your employment by or affiliation with any other person or entity;
3. Interfere with or disrupt the use of myjobee platform by any other user, nor “stalk”, threaten, or in any manner harass another user;
4. Use content from the Site for derivative works with a commercial motive without prior written consent of the Radicle, Inc.
5. Impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on myjobee platform infrastructure.
6. Access data not intended for you or log into server or account that you are not authorized to access;
7. Engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Site
8. Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network;
9. Use automated means to crawl and/or scrape content from myjobee platform;
10. Providing deeplinks into myjobee platform without prior permission of Radicle, Inc. is prohibited. Extracting data from myjobee using any automated process such as spiders, crawlers etc. or through any manual process for a purpose which has not been authorised in writing.
11. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail.
12. Constitute uploading, posting, transmitting, publishing, or distributing any material or information
    1. Which infringes, violates, breaches or otherwise contravenes the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, patent, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right;
    2. Which contains a computer virus, or other code, files or programs intending in any manner to disrupt or interfere with the functioning of myjobee platform, or that of other computer systems;
    3. That is grossly harmful, harassing, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, disparaging, relating to money laundering or unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous/blasphemous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever;
    4. Which constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to other liability, or otherwise violate applicable law;
    5. That harm minors in any way

Radicle, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the platform and its Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

By using the myjobee platform, you expressly agree that use of the platform is at your sole risk. The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “as available” basis. Neither Radicle, Inc nor its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, or designees nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, sponsors, licensors or the like (collectively, “Associates”) warrant that use of the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither Radicle, Inc. nor its Associates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the platform. Radicle, Inc. and its Associates specifically disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral advice or written information given by Radicle, Inc. or its Associates shall create a warranty.

Under no circumstances shall Radicle, Inc. or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the myjobee platform, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the platform that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort or any other claim, even if an authorized representative of Radicle, Inc. has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through the myjobee platform. 

Intended for Users Over 18

The myjobee platform is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. The myjobee platform is not directed to use by children under the age of 18. Users under the age of 18 should get the assistance of a parent or guardian to use this site.

Termination of Use

Radicle, Inc may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the myjobee platform at anytime. Radice reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the myjobee platform at any time without prior notice.
